We calculate the price for an IT maintenance subscription based on each customer needs. The factors involved in setting a price are:
- Maximum time of response;
- Number of work stations and the operating system used;
- Number of servers and the operating system used;
- The monthly number of hours assigned (regular visits + interventions on request).
- Number of IT equipments connected to the network (switches, routers, etc.)
